A substantial workshop with the materials to support both participants and facilitators.

This subscription is designed for organizations and training providers with an ongoing need for longer workshops and clear facilitator support.

$1,850/month · One workshop bundle allocated per monthly billing cycle
Save $350 per bundle compared with the $2,200 one-time package.

What’s included in each workshop bundle

• Materials designed for a 60–90-minute session.

• Up to 35 presentation slides.

• Up to 8 participant workbook pages.

• A separate facilitator guide of up to 8 pages, with session flow, suggested timing, activity directions, and discussion prompts.

• 5 activities, incorporated within the slide and workbook allowances.

• Up to 5 participant feedback questions, supplied as editable text.

• Organization and light editing of up to 5,000 words of supplied source content.

• A proposed workshop outline for approval before development.

• Consistent branding across all materials.

• Two consolidated revision rounds.

• An editable Canva or PowerPoint presentation.

• Editable workbook and facilitator-guide files, plus PDF versions.

Each bundle focuses on one overarching topic for one audience. Covers, introductions, activity pages, and closing pages count toward their respective limits. Feedback questions are additional to those limits; setting up an online feedback form is not included.

How production works

Before enrollment, we’ll map your upcoming topics, content deadlines, review dates, and delivery milestones.

Each bundle has an estimated production time of 4–5 weeks from its scheduled start date and receipt of complete materials. Client review time is additional.

Monthly billing does not guarantee completion of the first bundle within one month. This plan is available only when we can agree on a staggered production schedule that supports one bundle each month after the initial lead time without creating an ongoing backlog.

Actual workshop duration depends on facilitation and participant discussion.

What you provide

Your approved content, audience information, learning goals, accurate examples and procedures, and brand materials. You remain responsible for confirming subject-matter accuracy.

Content will be organized and condensed as needed to suit the agreed workshop scope.

Please contact me to confirm content readiness, delivery format, and recurring production capacity.

Live facilitation, facilitator coaching, original research, extensive writing, video production, printing, and software subscriptions are not included.

Additional materials, separate audience versions, new topics introduced after approval, and substantial changes in direction require a separate quote.

Subscription details

Billing renews automatically each month until canceled. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. Bundles already paid for remain scheduled for completion under the agreed production plan, including delivery dates after cancellation where applicable.

Content and feedback deadlines are agreed before enrollment. Unused monthly allocations cannot be banked for future projects. Work delayed by me remains owed.

Each revision round includes one consolidated set of feedback across the full bundle.

Your base monthly price stays locked while you remain continuously subscribed to this plan. If you cancel, pause, change plans, or your subscription ends, current pricing applies when you return.
