As your lessons, training sessions, and resource collections grow, your website needs to grow with them.

This subscription gives you a defined website project each month, with room to add learning sections, refresh existing pages, and organize new materials into a consistent experience.

What’s included each month

• Up to 6 new or updated pages total.

• Up to 25 resource placements or replacements, such as videos, PDFs, forms, or external links.

• Organization and light editing of up to 3,000 words of supplied website copy.

• A proposed structure for new pages or sections, approved before development.

• Straightforward grouping of resources by topic or learning stage.

• Navigation adjustments and links between related pages.

• Consistent styling using your logo, colors, and brand materials.

• Desktop and mobile layout and link checks for the pages worked on.

• Two consolidated revision rounds.

Starting with a new website?

Your first paid project can include an Expanded Website with up to 6 pages and 25 resource placements, using your approved content.

We’ll establish the page structure, visual style, and navigation so visitors understand where to begin and how the materials connect. You’ll also receive a short recorded walkthrough explaining how to update the site.

The homepage and any additional navigation or resource pages count toward the six-page allowance.

Already have a website?

After reviewing your platform and site setup, we can begin with expansion or updates.

For example, one month could include:

• Six new pages for a learning sequence.

• Content and resource updates across six existing pages.

• Three new lesson pages and updates to three existing pages.

New and updated pages share the same six-page allowance. Resource placements and replacements share the same twenty-five-resource allowance across all work that month.

Existing resource libraries are welcome. We can add materials and update their existing organization within these limits. Building or substantially restructuring a dedicated categorized directory is quoted separately.

What counts as an update?

Updates can include replacing supplied text or images, changing links, adding resources, and making modest layout adjustments within your established design.

Each file, video, form, interactive embed, or external link added or replaced counts as one resource placement. Creating or substantially editing the resource itself is a separate service.

This plan covers one agreed monthly project, rather than unlimited requests, technical support, or continuous site monitoring.

How it works

We’ll review your priorities, confirm the month’s scope, and agree on content and feedback deadlines before production begins.

Estimated production time: 3–4 weeks from your scheduled start date and receipt of complete materials and platform access. Smaller update projects may take less time. Client review time is additional.

Enrollment requires confirmation of a workable recurring schedule.

Before subscribing

Please contact me to confirm platform compatibility, site condition, and your first production date.

You provide approved copy, resources, and brand materials. Full redesigns, platform migrations, original content creation, extensive copywriting, learner accounts, progress tracking, payment systems, custom search or filtering, and integrations require a separate quote.

Domains, hosting, and paid platform subscriptions are purchased separately.

Subscription details

Your subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until canceled. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges; your current paid month’s agreed work remains included.

Monthly briefs and feedback follow the schedule agreed before enrollment. Unused page and resource allowances do not accumulate or roll over. Late materials or approvals may move delivery dates; work delayed by me remains owed.

Each revision round includes one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed scope. Additional pages, resources, or changes in direction are quoted separately.

Your base monthly price stays locked while you remain continuously subscribed to this plan. If you cancel, pause, change plans, or your subscription ends, current pricing applies when you return.
