Give your lessons, workshop materials, and resources an organized home—and keep that space useful as your content evolves.

Start with a new website or bring an existing site. Each month, I’ll help you add pages, refresh content, and organize new materials within a clearly defined scope.

$800/month · One website per subscription Save $150 compared with the $950 one-time package.

What’s included each month

• Up to 3 new or updated pages total.

• Up to 10 resource placements or replacements, such as videos, PDFs, forms, or external links.

• Organization and light editing of up to 1,500 words of supplied website copy.

• Consistent styling using your logo, colors, and brand materials.

• Navigation adjustments related to that month’s work.

• Desktop and mobile layout and link checks for the pages worked on.

• One consolidated revision round.

Starting with a new website?

Your first paid project can include a Starter Website with up to 3 pages and 10 resource placements, using your supplied content and brand materials.

We’ll establish the page structure, navigation, and visual style. You’ll also receive a short recorded walkthrough explaining how to update your site.

The homepage counts toward the three-page allowance. Future months build on this established foundation.

Already have a website?

After reviewing your platform and site setup, we can begin with additions or updates.

For example, one month could include:

• Three new lesson pages.

• Updates to three existing pages.

• One new workshop page and updates to two existing pages.

New and updated pages share the same three-page allowance. Resource placements and replacements share the same ten-resource allowance across all work that month.

What counts as an update?

Updates can include replacing supplied text or images, changing links, adding resources, and making modest layout adjustments within your existing design.

Each file, video, form, interactive embed, or external link added or replaced counts as one resource placement. Creating those resources is a separate service.

This plan covers an agreed monthly project rather than unlimited requests or continuous site monitoring.

How it works

At the beginning of each service month, send your priorities and approved materials. We’ll confirm the pages, resources, and changes included before work begins.

Estimated production time: 2–3 weeks from your scheduled start date and receipt of complete materials and platform access. Smaller updates may be completed sooner; delivery dates are confirmed for each monthly project. Client review time is additional.

Please contact me to confirm your platform, site condition, and first production date.

You provide approved text, resources, and brand materials. Full redesigns, platform migrations, original content creation, extensive copywriting, learner accounts, progress tracking, payment systems, custom search or filtering, and integrations require a separate quote.

Domains, hosting, and paid platform subscriptions are purchased separately.

Subscription details

Your subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until canceled. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges; your current paid month’s agreed work remains included.

Submit your complete brief within the first five business days of each service month. Unused page and resource allowances do not accumulate or roll over. Late materials or feedback may require rescheduling; work delayed by me remains owed.

Each revision round includes one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed scope. Additional pages, resources, or changes in direction are quoted separately.

Your base monthly price stays locked while you remain continuously subscribed to this plan. If you cancel, pause, change plans, or your subscription ends, current pricing applies when you return.
