• One short, nonbranching scenario, included within the activity allowance.

• Up to 10 assessment questions in total, with feedback.

• One downloadable job aid of up to 2 pages.

• Content organization and light editing.

• A proposed outline for approval before development.

What counts as a screen?

A screen is one designed page or slide in the learning experience. It may contain an explanation, a visual, an activity, or a knowledge check.

Title screens, instructions, lesson introductions, assessment questions displayed on separate pages, and closing screens all count toward your package limit.

A popup, reveal, or feedback message within an existing screen does not count as a separate screen. A separately designed feedback page does.

Lessons are sections within the module—not additional screens beyond your package allowance. We’ll confirm the screen outline before development begins. Learner completion time varies and is not guaranteed.

What counts as an interactive activity?

Examples include a clickable labeled graphic, flashcard set, click-to-reveal activity, sorting exercise, or guided decision activity, depending on the agreed platform.

I’ll select formats that support your learning goal and work within the chosen tool. Assessment questions are counted separately from the activity allowance, but their screens still count toward the overall screen limit.

A nonbranching scenario presents a situation, asks the learner to respond, and provides feedback without creating multiple story paths.

What you’ll receive

• Your completed learning module or series.

• One agreed delivery format supported by the selected platform.

• The downloadable resources included in your package.

• Basic handoff instructions for accessing and using your materials.

Before purchase, we’ll confirm the authoring platform, where learners will access the content, and whether you need a hosted link, website embed, or supported export.

LMS compatibility, completion tracking, downloadable exports, and editable-project transfers must be confirmed in advance. Hosting, platform subscriptions, and client software licenses are separate.

What I need from you

• Approved source content within your package’s word allowance.

• A description of your audience and what they should learn or do.

• Your logo, brand guidelines, and any required images.

• Accurate procedures, examples, and assessment answers.

• Your intended delivery platform, if you already have one.

I can turn your approved material into questions and practice activities. You remain responsible for confirming subject-matter accuracy.

Source-word allowances describe the material I review and adapt; they do not guarantee that every supplied word will appear in the finished module. Content will be organized and condensed to suit the agreed scope.

Please note

These packages cover learning design and development from supplied content. Original research, extensive writing, translation, custom animation, voiceover, video production, advanced branching, and software simulations require a separate quote.

Screen, activity, question, and source-content limits apply to the complete package. The final screen count may be lower when that better serves the learning goal. Additional screens, resources, or revision rounds can be quoted separately.

A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed scope. New topics or a change in direction are additional work.

What happens after purchase?

I’ll review your intake information, confirm the content and delivery requirements, and arrange your production slot. Production begins on the agreed start date once the required materials are complete. Client review time is additional to the estimates above.
